2) Any requested download that, in the opinion of GetITinaFlash.com, is deemed unsuitable for download (e.g. pornographic or unrated content not approved for distribution within Australia) will not be downloaded. Requesting such content may result in receipt of blank flash drive or optical disc at full price.
3) By purchasing from GetITinaFlash.com you agree that all downloads requested are legal in your region and that provision of the download on your medium is at the discretion of GetITinaFlash.com.
4) Any downloads requested by you are subject to their own terms and conditions as stated by the distributor. Requesting downloads through our service does not constitute a sale of the software requested or provide a licence to use the software requested. Valid licences and permission to use the content can be aqcuired by contacting the relevant distributors.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as required by State and Federal consumer protection laws, GetITinaFlash.com its officers or representatives shall not be held liable in negligence or otherwise for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to harm to equipment and/or personal injury or death arising from the use, misuse or the inability to use a product sold on this site.
GetITinaFlash.com is not responsible for damage caused by software we download at the customers request. Although all due care is taken to insure that download are virus free we will not be held responsible if we fail to find one. All downloads are scanned by two seperate virus checkers before being loaded onto the purchased disc or drive.
Definition of service provided
GetITinaFlash.com does not sell the information we download, we merely provided the service of downloading things readily available on the internet for people with limited or no internet access. Pricing of our flash drives with requested contents is made up of a charge for the physical drive, and a payment for the service of downloading your content. We do not sell any rights or licence to use the content you request.
Order Acceptance Policy
Its is the responsibilty of the customer to ensure that an adequately sized disc is purchased during the order process to fit the desired contents. In the event that the requested contents cannot fit on the purchased disc, a representative will contact you and make arrangements for
1)a possible upgrade in size of purchased disc at extra cost or
2)removal of some of the requested contents from the order.
In these circumstance the order will not be processed and shipped until any additional charges resulting from the agreed changes are paid in full.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the requested content field is filled in clearly. If a request cannot be understood GetITinaFlash.com will atempt to contact you to clarify your request. If invalid contact information is provided 7 days will be allowed for the customer to contact us to clarify order, after which time the order will be shipped blank at full price, to the customer designated shipping address. After this point GetITinaFlash.com will consider the transaction complete and free from any liability.
Typographical Errors
While our stock level system should prevent the sale of unstocked items, possible human error during stock updating may result in the sale of an unstocked item. If this occurs the customer will be contacted and a refund offered if the resulting delay is too long for their purpose.
All prices displayed in our catalogue are GST inclusive.
Sales Tax/ International orders
Sales processed on GetITinaFlash.com automatically include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as required by Australian law. A valid tax invoice will be shipped with your purchase.
International sale may be subject to different taxes, customs or duty as defined by local laws in the destination. GetITinaFlash.com does not provide a method for paying these extra fees, and you should contact your local customs office for information on these charges should they apply.

Shipping Policy
Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria's’
such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method.
To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your
shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you
will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On
orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional
shipping charges which you will be notified of we charge you.
GetITinaFlash.com will always make every attempt possible to deliver product
(s) ordered on time. GetITinaFlash.com is not responsible for any delays that
may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. GetITinaFlash.com bears no
responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather, Employee
Strikes or any other factors beyond our control.
GetITinaFlash.com is not liable for any damage caused by carriers that may cause a devise to misfunction or void the products warantee. GetITinaFlash.com advises you to buy shipping insurance during the checkout procedure.
Return Policy/Procedures
All returns require a return authorisation which can be obtained by contacting our support department at support@getitinaflash.com and stating the product, order number, and malfunction. Returns are processed in the order in which they are
received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time
your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled
in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department
and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require
a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is
applied to your charge card, PayPal, or Alertpay account. All returns
must include all parts and packaging relating to the item being returned.
